About
Our Purpose
The College of Education Council is dedicated to strengthening student-faculty relationships and fostering a sense of community among all students in the College of Education. The Council works to improve the student experience by addressing concerns related to curriculum, academic standards, facilities, teaching excellence, and administration. It also serves as a channel of communication between students and College leadership, providing students with a platform to share their ideas, concerns, and recommendations.

Who can apply?
All undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Education are encouraged to apply, regardless of major, classification, or previous leadership experience.
Our Committees
Every EdCo member will be assigned to a committee based on the organization’s needs and, when possible, their interests. Committee members will work together to support EdCo initiatives, plan events, and contribute to the organization throughout the year.

Works throughout the semester to create opportunities for members to connect, build community, and participate in meaningful social experiences.
Financial
Fundraise, Support, and Sustain
Supports EdCo’s financial growth by exploring fundraising opportunities and helping the organization maintain the resources needed for its activities and initiatives.
Administrative and Outreach
Organize, Engage, and Grow
Helps strengthen EdCo’s organization and visibility by supporting administrative needs, member communication, recruitment, and outreach throughout the semester.
